House your passion with an oak framed outbuilding

Meet your local design consultant: Having received your enquiry, your local Design Consultant will arrange a meeting with you.

Your Design: Taking your wish list and requirements for your new build, your Design Consultant will produce a design which encompasses your space and budget.

Planning: If your design requires planning, we will advise the best route for your build, submit the application, and prepare a Building Regulations package for you.

Contract: Once planning has been received, we will draft a contract for you to sign and ask for a deposit for your oak order.

3D survey: Your design will be sent to our Frame Design team, who will create a technical 3D model of your garage or outbuilding.

Your frame design: Our Frame Design Team will send you a technical 3D model drawing of your extension that you can ‘walk around’ and approve.

Materials order: Once you have signed this off, we will order your oak and any other contracted materials to create your outbuilding.

Oak framing: Once your oak has arrived, it will go through our K2i Hundegger machine. Your frame will then be meticulously assembled by hand to ensure a perfect fit.

Delivery Day: Your oak frame will be carefully transported to your home and put up by our experienced site teams unless you are constructing it yourself.
