Your Turnkey Manager is employed by us, meaning they can talk to relevant team members as and when required to streamline your entire project. This will help everything run smoothly on site.

Your Turnkey Manager will work to an agreed schedule to streamline your build from start to finish. All you’ll have to do is arrange your moving-in date.

Knowing your build and knowing the trade means your Turnkey Manager can look at cost efficiencies through the reduction of time on site. This can include budget on:

- Rent for temporary accommodation

- Insurance for your building site

- Rent for site toilets and storage

- Hire of machinery costs
